Priscilla Ratcliff of Houston, Texas, graduated from Texas Southern University, an ordained minister from The Ministry Training Institute. Also, she studied fashion at Cal State University, Long Beach, and earned yet another Career Technical Teaching Education Credential in Business/Finance and Fashion/Interior Design, a Merit Teaching Credential from El Camino College where she now teaches.
